就业指导导师制介绍
就业指导导师制是中国人民大学为响应国家技能型紧缺人才培养工程的要求而发起的， 通过聘请企业/行业资深人士担任就业指导导师，对学生的学习、实习、择业、就业进行规划、设计与指导，促进人才、人才培养单位以及用人单位关系互动的有效机制。
Career Advisory System, initiated by Renmin University Of China(RUC) in compliance with the requirements of the National Programme for educating and training of Much-needed Technicians, is an effective mechanism under which CSCSE invites senior staff from enterprises and industries to guide and advise students in planning and implementing their study, work placement, job employment, and career development, thus promoting interactions among students, education institutions and employers.
